Pick some shit you suck at or want to do (lets say do 50 push ups without caving in like a pussy)
Choose how many/much of that task you wanna do.
It has to be without stopping so 50 push ups or running 5km is fine.
5 sets of 10 push ups is for protein loving douche bags so fuck that shit.
Choose a penalty for failure (start small because lets face it you’re probably going to fail)
Do the shit you wanted to do.
When you stop write down how many you did.
If you didn’t reach the goal subtract the penalty and go the fuck back to 4.
Congratulations you reached your stupid goal, double the penalty and try again tomorrow.
Once your penalty is bigger than your goal you are officially less of a little bitch.
Set yourself a bigger goal because honestly you’re still a pussy.
You choose what counts as stopping, you can be a pussy if you want, I don’t give a fuck.
Don’t have a million goals at once you dumb ass
Do shit when you can, once a day, once a week, whatever.
